Summer Sunday School - Join us as we "Journey with Jesus"! Children ages 3 through 5th grade meet every Sunday from 9:30-11:30 AM. Bring your child to the classrooms off of the gym. Here is the schedule:
9:20-9:45 - Opening Activity/Craft
9:45 - Welcoming Songs
9:50-10:10 - Grab Your Passport & Journey to a Place that Jesus Went! We have already visited Bethlehem, The Jordan River, Cana, and Nazareth - Next stop is Capernaum!
10:15 - Snack - yummy!
10:25 Outdoor Play
10:35 - Scripture Review
10:40 - Mack's Dock for our Kid-Led Worship Service (children can be Worship Leader, Ushers, Alcolytes, or Music Director!)
11:10 - Craft Time
11:35 - Children will be returned to their parents upstairs.
WACK - Worship Arts Camp for Kids is Saturday, August 29th from 10-4. Children will have the opportunity to choose the class they are interested in. The following are the available classes:
PreK Visual Arts Drama Dance Puppetry Clowning Choir Instruments Speech WACK Kids will be doing the entire Worship Service On Sunday, August 30th at 10:30 AM. Please e-mail me to get preregistered or to volunteer!
HAITI RELIEF KITS
We are excited that the children put together 13 complete baby kits that are being shipped to Haiti this week!!! Each of the kits is valued at $42 but they will be worth so much more to each family that receives one! We are going to keep the leftover materials and as items comes in to complete a kit we will send them off. If you are interested in making a donation, then we need the following for EACH kit:
*6 cloth diapers
*2 receiving blankets - we have LOTS of blankets in stock
*2 diaper pins
*2 t-shirts (no onsies)
*2 gowns or sleepers
*1 sweater or sweatshirt
*2 washcloths - we have lots of these in stock also
*$2 for shipping

Canned Food Drive
Try to begin buying one extra can of food every time you shop. We are challenging everyone in the church to do the same. Cans will go to our neighbors who are in need.
Offering Project
All the money that children bring to Mack's Dock goes to Puja! We have currently "adopted" Puja Roy from India. Puja, a 5 year old Kindergartner, comes from a very poor family. With our help she is getting the food, clothes, and school supplies she needs.
